In HB Connect (Cvent) the default Commission Percentage on ALL RFPs sent out is 10%. The Associate will not see this amount in the RFP Creation Wizard, but the Supplier/Hotel will see it when they respond in the RFP Information proposal details.
Then the Supplier/Hotel can respond back in their proposal to agree to 10% or offer a different percentage. This will be highlighted in red when the Associate receives the RFP bids in the Bid Comparison Reports.
