1. After completing the RFP, click Save and add venues. You will be redirected to the Cvent Supplier Network page. Start typing the location you want, then select the desired destination from the dropdown. Click Find Venues.
NOTE: You can narrow the search results by using the filters on the of the search bar.
2. Find a venue's listing and click Add to list to save it in your shopping cart.
3. Once you've finished browsing, click Venue List in the top right, then Add to RFP.
4. Once you have chosen your venues, you have the option to remove or add back venues.
5. Before you move on, a icon will appear at the bottom to give you the option to add a CVB to the RFP. Select Add CVB to include the CVB, DMO, or DMC for the destination you are sourcing. Click Next when you are ready.
6. Add a message to send out with the RFP. From there, confirm your contacts for your venues. If multiple contacts are attached to a venue, you have the option to unmark and remark the contact of your choosing.

TECH NOTE: Be sure to select any NSOs you may want to include in the RFP. Review the "short description" to determine your NSO. In addition, you can set the NSO as default by following the instructions in this HB Help article.
7. Confirm the RFP Settings before you send your RFP.
- The email notifications come from noreply@cvent.com.
- Chose if you want to allow the CVB to forward the RFP
- Add to the RFP Showcase if you nee additional venues. You can also toggle the button "add automatically if RFP response is low".
- Share with Vendors options is to notify vendors in the "Vendor Marketplace".
8. Click Send RFP.
