You have the option to Copy an RFP from the Create RFP button or from the options on the main landing page under All RFPS.
1. Click the Create RFP in the upper-right of the All RFPs page. Select Copy RFP, then click Next.
2. Locate the RFP you want to copy and check the box next to it. Click Next.
Alternate Route: If you are going form the All RFPs landing page, locate the RFP you are wanting to copy. Click the three dots to it's right, then select Copy RFP.
Tech Note: When copying, you will see legacy RFP's as well as RFP's created in the New Experience.
3. Once you Copy RFP from the action drop down, it will take you to a page where you have the option to select what venues you would like to copy over. You will check the box of the venue you would like to select and click Copy and continue.
4. Go through each requirement and update anything that should not carry over. Review and, where necessary, update the RFP Details that were copied over.
5. In the Other Information section, enter the name of your new event and fill in any additional required fields. Make sure you have all the correct information before you move forward.
6. Click Save and add venues when completed.
