1. From the AMS Home page select My Expired Contacts tab to view the list of expired contacts.
NOTE: Please note that the contacts in this list are no longer protected.
2. Select Search AMS on the far right side of the screen, for each contact to open the pre-populated search window.
3. Enter Last Name and Country then click Search.
4. If there are No Exact Matches and the contact meets the AMS definitions for Prospect and/or Active/Actived Booked, you can then select Renew Expired Contact.
5. Once you click Renew Expired Contact, you will be asked to complete the Client Renewal Survey.
6. Click Submit Renewal to complete the renewal process.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the search results in Matches Found, then you will not be able to Renew the Expired Contact.
