1. Be sure to check the RFP Code for accuracy.
2. If you have just recently created the RFP in HB Connect, it may take 24-48 hours for the RFP Code to exist in the database.
3. Wait 24 hours; try again. If you still receive an error, wait 48 hours and try again.
