1. Click on My Clients on the menu bar at the top
2. Locate the Client you'd like to renew and click on the link, Update Status on the right
3. Select the New Status as Active
4. Enter the Estimated Contracted Signature Date ant the HB Connect RFP Code
5. Click Update
You will see this confirmation screen that indicates your contact has been updated.
TECH NOTE: If you receive the error "Please Enter A Valid RFP Code" see this HB Help article.
NOTE: If you do not have an RFP Code, check the box "I do not have an RFP Code" and enter the data to continue to update this contact.
