If you have a signed contract entered into InForm, please update the Client's status to Active Booked.
**You can update the client from the AMS landing page by following the instructions below or you can update the client's status within InForm booking form. Please see this HB Help Article on how to update within InForm.
1. Click on My Clients on the menu bar at the top.
2. Locate the Client you'd like to renew and click on the link, Update Status on the right.
3. To proceed with updating, you must answer the question - "Does this contact have prior experience working with a site selection company?"
4. Enter the most recent InForm Booking ID associated with this Client and click Update.
NOTE: "most recent" refers to the last valid Booking ID. This may be over a year old if the client books every other year or more.
NOTE: You will see confirmation that the status was updated successfully. Pressing the Close button will bring you back to the My Clients page. You will see an "Update By" column heading with the date for one year after they day you updated to Active Booked.
