HB Connect User Groups are effective for saving time and sharing visibility when;
- You are sharing visibility among more than 3 users - this would eliminate having to click on multiple users under Visibility Settings, or
- If you want to share ALL RFPs among 2 or more users - this would eliminate having to set Visibility Settings for all your RFPs and will automatically allow visibility to ALL RFP created by the user group.
To Request the User Group:
1. Send an Email to help@helmsbriscoe.com and provide the names of all the Associates that will have visibility and access to the shared RFPs.
Important, please include in your request whether you would like to share ALL RFPs, or just share specific RFPs, as this will affect how the user group is setup. Once complete, a user group name will be provided to you.
2. Once informed that your user group has been created, you must set up each previously-existing RFP to assign visibility to that new user group.
