To give visibility to another Associate or an Administrative Assistant to a specific RFP follow the steps listed below. If you want to give visibility to more than two users or visibility to all your RFPs click here.
1. Go to HB Connect > All RFP's and open the RFP you wish to share.
2. In RFP Settings click on the Visibility tab.
3. Click on Edit (located to the right-hand side of the page).
4. In the second section labeled Users, scroll or use the search tool (magnifying glass) to find the Associate or User Group name.
5. If using the User Search, type in the Last Name or User Group and SEARCH.
NOTE: You can also filter your search further by dropping down the bubbles/tabs to the right of the search bar. You can filter by User group, User role, or User type.
6. Check the box next the users name and click Save.
To REMOVE RFP visibility:
1. Click on Visibility in the RFP Settings Section Link.
2. Click on Edit (located to the right of the page).
3. In the second section labeled Users, scroll or use the search tool (magnifying glass) to find the associate/user's name.
4. If using the User Search, type in the Last Name and SEARCH.
5. Un-Check the box next the users name and click Save.
