1. Begin by selecting your RFP on the All RFPs page.
2. Click Award RFP in the upper-right corner. You can also navigate to the Venue Responses and select/check the Venue(s) from the list and click the Award RFP button in the gray bar.
3. Review the selected Venue(s) and click NEXT.
4. Select the date options to award for each venue. You can choose between your preferred dates or, if you allowed flexible dates, an alternate date ranged suggested by the venue. You can also define a custom range by selecting Add new date range from the dropdown.
5. In the Award Preferences section, specify if you want to close the RFP to prevent suppliers from editing or sending new proposals. You also have the option to let suppliers know the names and metro areas of the winning venues. Click NEXT to continue.
6. Decline other Venues' Proposals. Select a reason from the dropdown to let the other venues know why they lost the business. You can further explain your reason by including a message in the Add details box.
7. Click Award when you're done. The selected venues will receive an email to let them know they won the bid.
8. You can now proceed to adding the contract details. If you want to do this at a later date, click Exit in the top right.
