On rare occasions, HB Accounting may receive final pickup numbers directly from the hotel before they have been entered by the Associate. HB Accounting will enter final pickup numbers to speed up the payment process.
You can review the booking history by looking at the "Accounting Details" section in the booking within HB InForm or in your InForm Reports.
If you need to revise a closed booking, please email ar@helmsbriscoe.com to ask them to re-open the booking.
