A Pickup Request Form (Excel Template) will be generated and sent to your HB Email the day after the program end date in the system, pending Corporate is open. The email comes from inform@helmsbriscoe.com.
- Download and SAVE AS an .xlsx file so it is the newest version of an Excel spreadsheet.
- Check your files for accuracy with pickup information.
- Email the Pickup Request form to your hotel sales person with a copy to the convention services manager, requesting a 48-hour response.
- Be sure to include your HB Email address on the Pickup Request Form (Excel Spreadsheet.)
- Make a note on your calendar to trace receipt of the pickup.
- Once pickup is returned to you, enter the information into InForm by selecting My Bookings tab.
TECH NOTES:

- Please allow the accounting office up to 48 hours to process your pickup or revision request.
- Submit one pickup or revision request at a time per booking.
- The first submission must be accepted before a second submission can be entered to avoid overlapping information and consequently inaccurate invoices.
