Yes, there is a pending option that may be requested when the booking is first entered. To use this option, type “Place booking in pending” in the Comments field of your booking.
This does not stop the invoicing process but instead of the first invoice being sent, an informational statement is sent saying funds will be due in the future. The actual invoice is then sent on the day you enter pick-up or at 45 days, whichever comes first.
