From the My Bookings page, the Pickup Needed? column heading will read “Yes” when today’s date is after the program end date and pickup has not been entered.
If Yes, click the pen icon to Edit Booking from the Actions menu to enter the pickup details for that booking and submit. You will need to toggle the "Submit With Pickup" button. See this HB Help article for step-by-step instructions.
TECH NOTE: The column will change to NO once HB Accounting has processed the booking which can take 24-48 hours. It is a manual operation so there may be a chance for error, if so please reach out to ar@helmsbriscoe.com.
