If you are entering a new booking and cannot find a property there are two ways to add the hotel.
Option 1: Send an email with the property information to missinghotel@helmsbriscoe.com. Be sure to include the hotel brand and address. Please allow 2 business days for the property to appear in the property list.
Option 2: Add a new property when submitting a booking.
1. Click the Add New Property button next to the property drop down box on the right side of the screen
2. The Add Missing Properties form will pop-up. Enter all the fields in the pop-up screen. If it doesn't appear, check your internet browser settings - enable pop-ups.
TECH NOTE: In the Brand and Country fields, do not manually type or use your browser "auto-fill". You must select the entry from the drop-down list. If you do not know the Brand, you can enter Independent and HB Accounting will update with the correct Brand
3. Click Save when finished.
4. Finish the booking form as normal and submit the booking. When the booking is imported the new property will be reviewed and added to the property database.
