You can update the AMS status for one of your AMS contacts when submitting a booking via InForm, instead of making the change in AMS separately.
From the New Booking page or when continuing a draft booking, click on the AMS Status Update tab underneath the Program Options.
1. Use the AMS Status Update drop-down to select the company name.
2. Select the contact(s) for whom you want to update the status by clicking the checkbox under Add.
Once the booking is submitted, the contact status will be updated automatically to “Active Booked.” The normal AMS rules apply with regards to “Active Booked” status.
