You can add reminders when submitting a new booking via the New Booking page, or when you edit a booking via the Edit Booking page.
1. Expand the Property Details, then scroll down to the Program Options.
2. Locate the Booking Reminders tab under Program Options in the lower left hand corner of the booking page
3. Click on the blue plus sign to begin adding reminders
4. Add a description for your reminder, such as “rooming list due”
5. Click Due Date and select from the calendar drop down
6. Select the number of Days Before to Remind date
7. Be sure all fields are filled in and click on the green check mark OR tab/enter on your keyboard to save.
8. The reminder is now saved.
- To edit, click on the pen icon
- To delete, click the trash can icon
NOTE: The email notifications will be sent from inform@helmsbriscoe.com. If the booking is in "Closed" status, the booking reminders will still be sent. If the booking is in "Cancelled" status, they will be cancelled as well.
