Customize what you see on the Venues page of a request for proposal (RFP) to make the response list more manageable. Filter out statuses or regions you don't need to see and decide what information should display in the Venue Response list by creating custom views.
1. Begin by selecting your RFP on the All RFPs page and then Venues tab.
2. Under Venue Response you can filter here or create a custom Display View.
3. To modify what information is visible in the Venue Response list, click Modify display on the right-hand side. Check the boxes next to the data fields you want to see.
TECH NOTE: You have the option to select up to six fields.
4. Once you have customized the Venue Response list per your needs, you can save it as a custom view that you can use in all your RFPs. Click the icon in the upper-right, then click Save As...
5. Name your view, then decide if you want it to be the default view for all your RFPs. Add a description if necessary, then click Save and apply.
6. To make subsequent changes to a custom view, begin by selecting it from the dropdown in the upper right. Customize the view per your needs, then click the icon and select Save current view.
TECH NOTE: The views you create are only available in your user account.
7. Click the icon in the upper-right, then select Manage Views. Use the icons to the right of a custom view to set it as default, edit it, or remove it.
