To select or utilize a cancelled space offer:
1. Navigate to the Cancelled Space tab and locate the listing.
NOTE: If you are in the New Experience RFP page, go to MORE > Canceled Space
2. Use the drop-down action arrow and select EDIT.
3. Change the status to Used and Save.
4. Once the status is changed to Used, a new section will appear at the bottom of the Cancelled Space form. This is called the Rebooked Space Information section.
The Associate can then link their new RFP (Rebooked RFP) to track the use for this particular Cancelled Space listing.
