Search and select your National Sales Office (NSO) contact to set them as a "user" default contact for major hotel brands.
Once you set the NSO as a default; they will be automatically pre-selected to receive RFPs associated to their specific Hotel chain/brand/venue.
1. Click More >Preferred from the All RFPs dashboard.
2. Click NSO Contacts
3. Search by Last Name or Chain.
NOTE: You can also search by the defined User Group
4. Review the Short Description to determine the appropriate contact. If you are unable to determine the appropriate NSO contact, please contact your leadership.
5. Click Set Default from the Actions menu.
6. Select the box next to the hotel contact's name and select Save.
NOTE: To remove a default, locate the NSO then click Actions > Set Default and un-check the name and SAVE.
NOTE: A private local hotel contact can be added to your HB Connect account and will be indicated by the type Private Contact. Use the Add button to enter a private contact.
To delete a Private Contact, just select the contact and click the X to delete.
