Note: Any RFP custom views you created in the Legacy version of Manage RFPs page will not carry over to the NEW Experience. The functionality and how they are created are different and they will need to be recreated in the New Experience.
Create A View:
The display view only allows for 7 columns. To add a different column, you will need to un-check one to add another.
1. On the All RFPs and Bookings main page, click the drop down Modify display to access the current views.
2. With the display view only being 7 columns, you will see the remainder views being grayed out. If you want to choose another column, un-check one of the 7 and the add a new column.
3. After choosing other columns, be sure to click the icon in the upper right, then click Save as.
4. Name your view, then check the box if you want it to be the default view for your RFP list. Add a description if necessary.
5. By default, only you will be able to see this view. Provided you have the appropriate user role permissions, you can make the custom view available to other users by selecting Specific user groups, then checking the boxes next to the desired groups in the Select dropdown.
6. Click Save and Apply.
7. To make subsequent changes to a custom view, begin by selecting the dropdown in the upper right. Click the view that you would like to edit. Customize the view per your needs, then click the icon in the upper right and select Save current view.
8. Use the icons to the right of a custom view to set it as default, edit it, or remove it.
