Organizations
High level client company information can be associated with RFPs. Only create Private profiles so that no other Associates can access the data. We recommend all Organization information is entered, not only because it can populate into RFPs, but it also gives suppliers a better understanding of the potential host company.
1. Click More > Organizations in the top navigation bar.
2. Click Add to create a new profile and fill in details.
3. Mark the Profile Type as PRIVATE.
4. Click Save.
Organization Logo
1. Logo size should be less than or equal 300x200 pixels.
2. The Client logo will appear on the system email notifications from CVENT under the HB Logo.
