Please note that Hilton hotels will contract at 7% and pay 7%. The additional 3% performance incentive is made available through a special program developed between HB and Hilton and will not be paid by the property nor will it be reflected in the contract.
The 3% performance incentive fee is not eligible for advance payment, but will be included in President’s Club eligibility. Bookings that qualify for Hilton's additional 3% performance incentive fee should follow these steps to enter into InForm. No additional action is required by the Associate to receive the marketing fee if the booking is eligible.

1. Please be sure to include the Contract Date, date of peak room night, and total number of rooms on peak in your booking.
2. Enter bookings with the Commission Fee at 7%.
NOTE: If you have a program that rebooks, please ensure that your contract date is updated and reflects the date of the newest signed addendum/contract for reporting accuracy.
3. As a best practice, we strongly encourage you to upload your signed Hilton contracts with your bookings via the Add Attachments button. This will ensure timely and accurate payments.
