The Client Preferences section will allow you to set booking preferences based on the client. This is different from the general preferences, as these preferences can be tailored for your specific clients’ needs.
1. From the Preferences tab (settings icon) scroll down to Client Preferences
2. Click Add a Client
3. The Configure Client window will open
4. Use the drop-down arrow to select a client from the pre-populated list of clients. Only Clients that you have booked in the past will appear.
5. Set these preferences for your client:
- Do you want to track cost savings for this client? Toggling to Yes will automatically check the Track Cost Savings Data box in Revenue Details for every new booking submission for this client.
- What cost savings hourly rate have you and your Client agree upon? (in USD). If you have decided to track hours spent and would like to communicate value to the client in a dollar figure, enter in the hourly rate agreed upon by your client.
- What will be the Default Associate Split? If there is a typical Associate split used with the client, use the drop-down list to select a predefined team. This team will then be automatically selected when submitting a new booking for this client.
- Do you want to be CC’d on invoices? By toggling to Yes, you will automatically be copied on all invoices sent for this client’s programs.
- Do you want to receive program cut-off reminders? By toggling to Yes, a program cut-off reminder will automatically be added to all new bookings for this client.
- Do you want to receive cancellation reminders? By toggling to Yes, a cancellation reminder will automatically be added to all new bookings for this client.
6. Click OK to save your client preferences.
7. You can edit or delete Client preferences by clicking the pen icon to edit or trash can icon to delete next to the Client Name.
