Preferences allow you to select options that you wish to use on every booking submission.
The General Preferences allows you to set default booking form preferences and email options to appear on all new bookings you create. By system default, "Always show program options" is set to be ON.
Show commissionable rate as a separate column. Selecting this preference, the commissionable rate field will automatically appear in the Revenue Details section of all new booking forms.
NOTE: If you book international or rebate business frequently, you may find this preference helpful
Always send me attrition cancellation reminders. Selecting this preference, a cancellation reminder will be automatically added to all new bookings.
Always send me program cut-off reminders. Selecting this preference, a program cut-off reminder will be automatically added to all new bookings.
NOTE: Reminders will appear under the Reminders tab on the booking submission form. You will need to add a Due Date for the reminder and select when you would like to receive a reminder.
Always CC me on invoices. Selecting this preference, you will be automatically CC’d on all program invoices when they are generated by HB Accounting.
Always Show program options. Selecting this preference, the Program options will expand to open on your new bookings. These are optional booking fields.
