With the new Delegate Manager feature, you can grant an Associate or Admin permission to access your InForm bookings. This will allow them to add a new booking, edit a booking or manage your preferences on your behalf.
1. From the Preferences tab (settings icon) scroll down to Delegate Manager
2. Click Add Associate
3. Under Associate column begin typing their name and select the name from the drop down list
4. Tab to the Client field, select ALL or one of your client’s name from the drop-down
5. Enter the dates From and To date (the date you want the permission to expire)
6. Un-check or check mark the box cc delegate on all booking emails
7. Click the green check mark to save your work.
8. If you need to edit a delegate, click the pen icon to edit and the trash can to delete
NOTE: There’s also an option to view expired or archived delegate settings by toggling the button under “Show Archived?”
NOTE: For the Associate/Admin assigned to the Client's bookings, they will need to click their avatar/name in their login to InForm to see the option: Acting as.....
