1. Click on My Clients on the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. Find the account and click on the link for View/Edit on the left.
3. Scroll to Contact Permission, Click ADD ASSOCIATE button.
- Begin to type the Associate's name or scroll to it from the drop down list.

- Click ADD ASSOCIATE button again to select the associate.

- Click SAVE to update the contact permissions.

This grants the newly added Associate equal rights to the Client and will appear immediately on the Associate's My Clients list.
TECH NOTE: If either associate updates the contact form Active to Active Booked within InForm, they need to be added here in Contact Permissions to update within the booking form.
