When updating your contact from Active to Active Booked, you will need the most recent Booking ID number. If the Company name is different in InForm than the Company name you have listed in AMS, you will receive a message similar to the one below.

1. Please confirm the Booking ID is the correct one.
2. Click Update TWICE to proceed with the update.
3. Confirm under My Clients that the contact was updated.
