Once the Client signs a hotel contract and the booking has been entered into InForm, they should have the status of Active Booked. The account in AMS should be updated yearly with the most recent Booking ID.
Note: "most recent" refers to the last valid Booking ID. This may be over a year old if the client books every other year or more.
If you are unable to re-book the Client, and a search is not in progress, the Client will continue to be protected under the Prospect status. If a search is in progress, the Client should be listed as Active.
