Manage a private custom question library to store requests for additional information in separate folders to only be seen by the user.
1. Click Preferred from the top blue menu bar.
2. Click Custom Questions from the section links on the left.
3. Add New Folder if you would like to categorize your questions per folder ie. for specific clients or select the Default Questions folder if you would like the question to appear on ALL new RFPs after the HB Corporate/Admin. default questions.
4. Click Add Question to add a new custom question.
TECH NOTE: Be sure to REVIEW the HB Corporate/Admin. default questions. You may need to remove/delete duplicated questions prior to submitting your RFP.
5. Select the type of question you want to create, then select Next.
The most common type of questions include Open Ended Text - Comment Box and Choice - Multiple Answers (Vertical) . See this Help Help article for detailed instructions on how to create both types.
6. Select the Folder, choose RFP Requirement type, craft the Question Text and Answers. Choose if "this question is required" and other options. Click Next.
7. Review and save your custom question by selecting Save or Save and Add Another Question.
