Associates can create and store custom questions in their own Custom Question Library.
1. From HB Connect > All RFPs landing page, click on More > Preferred.
2. Under the Preferred Tab > Custom Questions you will see the standard folders names include Default Questions and Questions. You can add additional folders based on subject, client, industry as needed.
Note: When a question is added to the Default Questions folder, it will show up on ALL new RFPs under the standard HB questions.
Note: All Custom Questions will need to be assigned an RFP Requirement type (Meeting Rooms, Guest Rooms, All RFPs) to each question in your library. After assigning a requirement to each question, custom questions will only appear on relevant RFP types.
Released in October 2023, Cvent added the folder named: Cvent Standard Questions in the Custom Questions Library. Here you can find questions relating to Health and Safety, Diversity and inclusion and Sustainability.
