In Excel, you may want to change column or row widths and adjust the printer settings. i.e., orientation, margins, and scaling.
Row/Column Edits:
1. Select the Row or Column you want to re-size
2. From Home menu go to Cells > Format > AutoFit Row Height and/or AutoFit Column Width
Edit Column Background Color:
One option is to use the Format Painter paint brush icon tool. >> Microsoft Support
OR... you can set the background color by using the Fill paint bucket tool.
1. To add a color to a column heading, select the column/row and use the Font > Paint Can Icon/Fill Background color option.
2. You can create a custom color by selecting Custom and adding the RGB Code from the Corporate Identity Manual & Graphic Standards on the HB Intranet.
TECH NOTE: You can type in the RGB 66-115-141 or type in the Hex 42738D to match the blue HB Brand Standard color.
3. Change Font color to white to see text with the new background color.
Printer Setting Changes:
To print, you will want to address:
1. Orientation - change to landscape
2. Margins - custom
3. Scaling - Fit all Columns on one page
