After entering the Property Details, you will begin to fill out the Program Options
1. First is the Booking Reminders, where you can create email reminders for important tasks, including due dates. There are also pre-populated reminders in the Preferences section which you may edit. Enter a Reminder by:
- Clicking the blue plus arrow
- Describing the reminder
- Selecting the Due Date of the reminder
- Select the number of days before you want to be reminded
2. Continue to the Custom Booking Tags to help add pertinent information to help organize your business
- To enter a tag, type in the text box and tab or return to save the tag
- To remove a tag, click on the x
3. Under the AMS Status Update section, update the AMS client and contact associated with the program to active booked by selecting the company from the dropdown list and choosing which contact to update with a check mark.
4. Next, under CC Email Recipients, you may select additional emails to receive a copy of the booking confirmation
5. Finally, you may record your Hours Spent working on the program if you are tracking cost savings.
6. When finished entering the Program Options, click the Submit button at the top of the form to submit the booking to HB Accounting or choose Save for Later.
7. You will see a confirmation screen and receive an email from inform@helmsbriscoe.com to confirm the booking entry was successfully submitted.
NOTE: NEW TO HB INFORM - Associates may now make changes to a booking while it is in the importing status by:
1. Navigating to the My Bookings tab
2. Finding the booking by id and status of "Importing"
3. Click the pen icon to begin making your edits
4. A confirmation pop-up will appear to let you know the previous submission will be removed from the accounting importing queue. Click Edit New Booking if you want to proceed.
5. Enter any booking field changes and Submit the booking again.
