There are two pathways to find, open and copy a booking. First, you can use the top search bar from the main landing page of InForm.
From the search results, click on the two-page copy icon under Action to copy the booking.
The second option is to open the My Bookings page to review and perform various actions on all of your bookings in the system. The My Bookings page contains a grid of submitted programs. Find a specific program by typing in the search bars (top or within the My Bookings page).
1. Once you have found the correct booking, select the two-page copy icon from the available Actions.
2. The Copy Booking page will open. The Program Name and the Client Name will transfer over. Edit if necessary.
3. Expand the down arrow next to the Property Name to view the Property Details. Enter the Program Dates. Make any necessary changes to the Property Contact information.
NOTE: To change the Start and End Dates, change the end date first.
4. Scroll down to the Revenue Details. The revenue line items will not transfer over from the copied booking. Click the blue plus + sign next the revenue line item to add an item. Tab through to insert the Quantity, Contracted Rate and Commission Fee %
5. Select Enter/Return tab or click the green check mark to save your entries into the revenue grid.
6. The Associate Splits will transfer over from the copied booking. Keep, edit, or select a team here.
7. Edit any optional Program Options booking fields, and then click Submit. See this HB Help article for details on the Program Options section.
8. If the program dates have passed, a confirmation for Pickup will appear. If final pickups numbers were entered, select Submit with Pickup and click Submit Booking.
9. You will see a confirmation screen and receive an email from inform@helmsbriscoe.com to confirm the booking entry was successfully submitted.
