If you want to start operating your HB business under a new company or Tax ID, follow these steps:
- Email Christine Williams, Associate Advancement Manager, at cwilliams@helmsbriscoe.com with the new name of your company, the TIN or company’s registration number, and the address of the company.
- A Notice of Assignment and Form of Extension Agreement will be sent to you. This will assign the terms of your current Associate Agreement over to the new company, and subsequently appoint you as a Representative of the Company.
- If residing in the US, a blank W9 will be also sent to you to update with your new company information.
- If your banking information has also changed, please inform Christine so she can include a new Authorization Agreement for Commission Direct Deposit form to update as well.
- Return all documents to Christine Williams for processing. (W9 and Direct Deposit form will go to HB Accounting).
