When your contact meets the Account Management System (AMS) definition criteria for Prospect, you can then add them into the AMS.
1. Select Search & Add from the top menu bar of the AMS home page. Review the three tips (check marks) to assist in your search.
2. Type in the organization name and click Search.
3. Once you locate the Company Name click on Search to perform a contact search.
4. Enter the Contact Last Name and Contact Country then click Search.
5. If there are No Exact Matches, you can now Add New Contact.
6. Enter the contacts information and be sure to answer the required question about if they have worked with a previous site selection company. You can add comments for your reference and then click Save Contact.
