The Account Management System (AMS) is designed to meet the needs of both Associates and Clients by reflecting the values that HelmsBriscoe has always held regarding the solicitation and retention of accounts.
To facilitate this balance, we have developed the following account definitions:
Prospect
- Client is engaged in active dialogue moving towards a search
- System limit of 30 Prospects at any time per Associate
- Prospects remain in AMS for 90 days
- If progress continues and additional time is needed, status renewal is available
Active
- Client has given you a specific search
- Expected search date and additional details required to advance the account to this status
- Active Clients will remain in AMS for 60 days
- If progress continues and additional time is needed, status renewal is available
Active Booked
- Client has signed a hotel contract
- Booking has been entered into InForm
- Valid Booking ID will be required to advance the account to this status
- New Booking ID’s should be entered at least once per year
