1. Open HB Connect > All RFPs and select the RFP you are working on.
2. Use the check boxes to select suppliers/venues and then click Compare bids.
TECH NOTE: You must select at least one supplier/venue to see the Compare Bids button.
3. Click on the Default Reports > HB Client or choose a Custom Report.
4. Click Create Template.
5.Click Edit page details.
6. Open/Expand the Venue Information category and check Venue Website report field.
7. When you are finished, close out of the Edit Page Details and click Export to run your report. You also have the option to Save as template.
