Hotels are required to provide at least one tax amount or percentage on a proposal prior to submission. If an Associate would like to specifically request VAT, the best solution is to create a Custom Question.
After you have completed the RFP Creation/Wizard, click on Add Custom Questions.
You can choose the type of Question and then enter the data to be selected. See this HB Help article on how to create a Custom Question.
