1. To run a default report, click Reports in the navigation bar.
2. Select the Request for Proposals (RFPs) report by selecting the name or clicking Run to the right of the report name.
TECH NOTE: If you are unsure of which report to run, you can select the Informational button to the right of the report name to receive a short description. Alternatively, you can go to the old reports by clicking Reports in the navigation bar, find a familiar old report, then click the link in the Reports (New) column to the right. Your new report will automatically generate.
3. The Report Data Settings pop-out window will appear. Under the Selection Criteria tab, select the data you want to see and then select the date range, if applicable. You can filter this report by RFP Status, RFP Types and Dates. Alternatively, you can click Run and then filter the report after running it.
4. Next click the Fields tab. The fields with the + could be associated to the report, while the fields with the checkmark are associated to this report. Click the icons to determine what will and will not display in the report.
5. Select Run to generate the report.
TECH NOTE: To review the report at a later time, click Queue Report while it runs. Once you're ready to view the queued report, click the Queued Reports tab, then the name of the report. The report will only display data that was available when the report was initially run. Any data collected after will not display.
6. If you need to make any last minute tweaks to the selected data, hover over Data and click Change Report Data. To add a filter to the report, hover over Data and click Filter Report Data in the top right of the report. Establish how the information will be filtered. Click Apply.
7. To Export the report, hover over ... Actions and click Export. If you'll be referencing this report a lot or adding it to a portal, click Save As. This will save all of the filters and report settings, making it faster to review the data in the future.
8. Close out of the window by selecting X in the top right corner.
