You can access the CVENT Support Center within HB Connect at the top of the landing page by clicking Help & Support and Community.

New Sourcing Experience:
Utilize the Search function in the Knowledge Base to look for a particular topic. Once the Search Results have populated, select the Venue Sourcing filter.
If you can't find what you are looking for or need to submit a Cvent Support case, click on Contact Support.
Be sure to select Venue Sourcing as the Product type.
To add an attachment continue and scroll down. Be sure to check mark "I'm not a robot" and click Submit.
