There are two pathways to find, open and edit a booking. First, you can use the top search bar to find the booking you want to edit. From the search results, click on the pen icon to edit the booking.
The second option is to open the My Bookings page to review and perform various actions on all of your bookings in the system. The My Bookings page contains a grid of submitted programs. Find a specific program by typing in the search bars (top or within the My Bookings page).
1. Once you have found the correct booking, select the pen icon from the available Actions.
2. The Edit Booking page will open. The Program Name can be edited.
NOTE: If you need to edit the Client Name, please put this in the Comments to Accounting field below.
3. Expand the down arrow next to the Property Name to view the Property Details. Make any necessary changes to the Program Dates or Property Contact information.
NOTE: If you need to edit the Start and End Dates, change the end date first.
NOTE: To review actions by HB Accounting on this booking, select the tab "Accounting Details". Here you will see if the (1) Advance Eligibly, (2) Checks Received, (3) Invoices Sent and (4) Accounting Log.
4. Scroll down to the Revenue Details and make any necessary changes. Click the pen icon next the revenue line item to change. Tab through to edit the Item, Quantity, Contracted Rate and Commission Fee % or click the + sign to add more revenue line items.
5. Select Enter/Return tab to save or click the green check mark to save.
NOTE: If you need to edit Associate Splits, please place this in the Comments to Accounting field.
6. Edit any other optional booking fields, and then click Submit.
7. If the program dates have passed, a confirmation for Pickup will appear. If final pickups numbers were entered, select Submit with Pickup and click Submit Booking.
8. You will see a confirmation screen and receive an email from inform@helmsbriscoe.com to confirm the booking entry was successfully submitted.
TECH NOTE: If you need to edit a revision that was just submitted, you have the option to re-open to edit the booking. A confirmation pop-up message will appear to confirm you want to edit the pending revision.
