The Client Cost Savings report is located on the HB Intranet > Systems > InForm Reports > Client Program Reports > Client Cost Savings
To add past bookings to the Client Cost Savings Report, use the "backfill tool" located at the top of the report landing page in the Helpful Hints Section.
1. Click on the link at the top of the report to backfill cost savings data for bookings that are already closed in the system.
2. Search for the booking you would like to enter cost savings data for, then click the plus (+) sign next to the booking ID.
3. Enter the Quoted Rate for each of the booking's revenue items.
4. When finished making changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the grid and the quoted rate information will be reflected.
