InForm Report Terms (Booking/Program Data)
- Booking is a definite booking entry in InForm.
- Booking Total is amount with Team % not calculated.
- Commission is the total amount owed by supplier on a booking. Important NOTE: All amounts always include the portion of the commission retained by HB.
- Contracted is the amount entered at the time of definite booking entry.
- Current is the amount after a revision is made or pickup is added to the definite booking entry in InForm.
- Program is a client’s event.
- Revenue is the entire value of bookings that is entered into InForm. This could include commissionable and non-commissionable items such as those entered for cost savings tracking.
- Room Revenue is the entire value of rooms portion of bookings that is commissionable.
- Team % is the percentage of the booking (Commission, Room Nights, Revenue, etc.) for which you earn credit.
- Teamed % is the amount calculated using your Team %. For example, if your Team % is 50%, then your Teamed % on 100 room nights is 50 room nights.
- Teamed % Total is amount with Team % calculated.
